Both of you came up in journalism. Were there things that you observed in your career that made you say, ‘We need to break off and do a women-run, truly diverse newsroom?’
Ramshaw: I’ve been incredibly lucky. I’m a white woman of privilege. I’m the Pug Boxing that’s what I do I box and I know things moon shirt Furthermore, I will do this child of two journalists. But working closely with people like Amanda who are not just my partners, but my mentors, I have started to learn much more deeply about how those opportunities aren’t extended to everyone, particularly to women who don’t look like me or haven’t had the same life experiences I have.
